Get the UTF-8 value of a key event

int PhKeyToMb( char *buffer,

This function stores, in buffer, a valid UTF-8 char array for the given key event, if one exists.

Returns:

The number of bytes in the UTF-8 code, or -1 if there's no valid UTF-8 code for the given event.
