Send an error string to slogger for logging

void ado_error( char *format, ... );
- format
- A formatting string, similar to that used by
printf().
- ...
- Additional arguments, as required by the format string.
This function sends an error string to
slogger
for logging.
If ADO_DEBUG is defined,
these messages are also sent to standard output.
