Wait on server

Synopsis:

#include <font_api.h>
int PfWaitOnServerDll( fontdll_t dll );

Arguments:

dll
A font DLL context, returned by PfAttachLocalDll().

Description:

This function waits until the font server dll thread exits.

Returns:

0
Success
-1
An error occurred (errno is set).
